Men's Retreat
Galiano Island, BC · November 4–8, 2026
Why men come to Galiano Island
You've been holding it all together—for everyone.
On the outside, things look solid.
But inside? You're stretched. Quietly craving space to breathe, reflect, and figure out what's next.
This retreat is for men like you.
High-functioning. Deeply responsible. Yearning for more out of life than making it through the day.
And finally ready to ask:
Is this still the life I want to lead?
Why This Retreat Exists
The truth is, you don't need more advice. You need space. You need community.
You need presence. You need someone who sees you clearly—without expecting you to perform.
This experience is designed for men navigating high-stakes life, family, and professional responsibilities, who want to reconnect with their own wisdom in a grounded, real way.
In nature, we'll slow the noise.
In community, we'll hear each other.
And in the quiet, what's true will rise to the surface.
This Is For You If…
You've hit a quiet wall with your work, your identity, or your role as a provider
You feel disconnected from purpose, power, or joy
You want to show up more fully—for your partner, kids, clients, or team—but you've got nothing left in the tank
You're not looking for hype—you're looking for what's real
You're going through a major life transition—or feel one coming
You don't need to be outdoorsy. You just need to be open.
What You’ll Experience
This retreat blends daily practice sessions, wilderness immersion, contemplative sessions, a nervous system reset, restorative vitality, and brotherhood.
Together, we'll:
Reconnect with your values, intuition, and sense of direction
Release old patterns that no longer serve you
Explore new versions of success that honor your whole self
Return to life clearer, lighter, and more present
This isn't therapy. It's not a bootcamp.
It's a reset.
Led By Elliott Rector
Elliott has spent his career inside the most consequential moments of people's lives — as a litigator, executive coach, breathwork facilitator, and wilderness guide who has led men into the backcountry and back to themselves.
He brings expertise, lived experience, and something men struggle to name until they've felt it: he sees you. Not the role you play or the performance you've perfected — but you.
Some experiences find you at exactly the right moment — if something in you is leaning toward yes, trust that.
